One - the view amazing. Two - the service also amazing. Great customer service. Three - inventive and unique cocktail selections. They update frequently. Always fun way to try new and interesting creations. Four - nice selection of small bites. We’ve tried the fig and pig flatbread, the artesianal mixed nuts, popcorn etc. you get the idea something to snack on while you enjoy your beverage and view. Hands down best bartender Phil knocks it out of the park. Look at these amazing cocktails.

Had a beautiful experience here Indy was our server and she did an exceptional job. Customer service was impeccable and she was intentional in assuring that we were satisfied with our selections. She went above and beyond in customer service.

Visited baker and able and had a great time. Jo, made excellent drinks and made an extremely extravagant drink where she put my girlfriend’s initials in it. My only gripe is the fact that Hilton does not provide this bar with premium cable. The second fastest growing county in Alabama, second to Limestone county (which is also in the 256 area code) can’t get premium tv in a prime location.

Joane, Jerrie, and Kayla were amazing bartenders. We had so much fun talking and laughing and the drinks were the best. The food came out quick and was amazing. I think this is one of the best rooftop bars in Huntsville because of bartenders like them!! Thank you ladies and thank you Baker and Able!!!

Indy was absolutely amazing! In a time where good customer service feels rare, she reminded us what real hospitality looks like. She walked us through the menu like a pro, explained everything clearly, and even helped us pick great options. My family and I truly appreciated her attentiveness and warm energy. Indy is the epitome of proper customer service in the restaurant world. Honestly, when we come back, if she’s not the manager by then… we might have a problem 😂. Give this woman a promotion!

Is it possible to give 6 stars for atmosphere?! What an incredible spot! The weather was perfect, so that helped, but super comfortable seating inside and outside. The bar staff was fun and helpful for making selections. I didn't get a picture of the snack mix, but it was unlike any other snack mix I'd ever had. It was warm and served in a mini cast iron Dutch oven. It was great!
